Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 USD per month.

What you will do

• Turn design mockups into fast, responsive websites and maintain them end-to-end.
• Manage site architecture, internal linking, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement structured data and legal schema to enhance search visibility.
• Execute high-intent keyword research and optimize content for E-E-A-T standards.
• Manage Google Business Profile and local citations to win map-pack visibility.
• Run CRO experiments on intake forms and call paths to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chile.
• 3+ years of experience in web design/build and SEO.
• Proven track record with Webflow or WordPress.
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and local SEO strategies.
• Ability to manage web launches and migrations independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing for law firms or high-intent local services.
• Familiarity with legal intake tools, CRMs, and call-tracking platforms.
• Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
