TL;DR
IT Project Manager - Infrastructure (AMC & M&A/D) (Infrastructure and M&A/D): Leading IT infrastructure delivery for facility moves, site openings and closures, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures with an accent on project governance, infrastructure readiness, and secure business continuity. Focus on planning Day-1/30/100 milestones, coordinating network, cloud, endpoint, identity, and security workstreams, and managing risks, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders across Eastern Hemisphere operations.
Location: Budapest, Hungary; travel may be required approximately 20% of the time.

What you will do
- Lead IT infrastructure delivery for facility additions, moves, closures, relocations, site openings, integrations, and divestitures.
- Develop project charters, integrated plans, resource plans, contingency plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance artifacts.
- Lead M&A/D integration and separation planning, including Day-1, Day-30, and Day-100 milestones, cutover criteria, rollback plans, and communications.
- Coordinate network, connectivity, workplace technology, collaboration tools, cloud, telephony, identity, endpoint, security, and data center readiness.
- Manage scope, schedule, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendors, change windows, quality gates, and operational handover.
- Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and business impacts to regional, global, and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
- 7–10+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects in global, multi-site, or multi-regional environments.
- Direct experience with facility moves, site openings or closures, or M&A/D IT integrations and separations.
- Experience with IT project governance, quality stage gates, stakeholder reporting, ITSM Change Management, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Working knowledge of networking, LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/Wi-Fi, identity and SSO, endpoint imaging, printing, AV, Azure, security segmentation, ERP connectivity, and Microsoft 365. Strong English communication skills are required.
