Senior AI/ML Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and productionize end-to-end ML models including training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Lead AI use cases for client lifetime value (CLV), churn prediction, and fraud/abuse detection.
• Establish robust MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, environment promotion, and lifecycle management.
• Implement model monitoring frameworks to track performance, data drift, and business impact.
• Ensure model explainability and transparency using techniques such as SHAP and feature attribution.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience building and deploying ML models in production environments.
• Strong Python programming skills and solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing using Spark or PySpark.
• Experience with ML lifecycle tools like MLflow and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
• Strong SQL skills for working with large, complex datasets.
• Proven ability to deliver AI/ML solutions with measurable business impact.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, trading, or financial services environments.
• Experience with real-time or streaming ML systems.
• Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience working in regulated environments and implementing model governance frameworks.
