TL;DR

Digital Designer (Motion/UI/UX): Creating digital-first brand experiences, including social campaigns, motion content, and interactive web formats with an accent on visual storytelling and cross-platform consistency. Focus on translating conceptual ideas into high-impact digital visuals and adapting global campaigns for various European markets.

Location: Hybrid (Prague, Czechia) - 4 days in the office, 1 remote day.

What you will do

• Create digital-first campaigns, visuals, and brand experiences for social, web, mobile, and DOOH platforms.
• Adapt global campaigns for local European markets across multiple formats and channels.
• Bring ideas to life using motion, storytelling, and interactive design.
• Collaborate with Copywriters, Art Directors, Motion Designers, and Developers.
• Develop presentations, storyboards, and digital concepts for clients.

Requirements

• Experience in digital design, preferably within an agency environment.
• Overlap in motion and/or 3D design skills.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into visual solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with motion tools (After Effects) and 3D tools.
• English: Good command required for an international team environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of typography and visual consistency across static and dynamic assets.
• Understanding of responsive design and digital production workflows.
• Experience with InDesign.
