Location: Must be based in South Korea. Role follows a hybrid work model requiring onsite presence at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Analyze client internal HR data using advanced Excel modeling to evaluate compensation versus market trends.
• Research public filings and financial data to develop peer groups for comprehensive client analysis.
• Support the design and implementation of HR systems including job grading, performance management, and compensation structures.
• Prepare client presentations and reports using data-driven insights for review by senior consultants.
• Assist in facilitating seminars and workshops to support client talent management initiatives.
• Collaborate with overseas stakeholders to ensure market data accuracy and alignment with client specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in HR, specifically in HR planning.
• Solid experience in HR system and program design including job grading, performance, and compensation.
• Strong analytical capability with demonstrated exposure to reward and talent topics.
• Strong communication skills in Korean and English are required.
• Ability to work confidently with international stakeholders.
