hirify.global develops world-acclaimed mobile games and builds character visuals through its Graphics Team in Yogyakarta.

What you will do

  • Create 3D character assets from concept through final in-game integration.
  • Break down concepts into production-ready asset plans.
  • Sculpt, model, unwrap, bake, texture, and optimize 3D assets for production.
  • Use 3ds Max, proprietary tools, and game engines to complete production tasks.
  • Collaborate with production artists, designers, and developers to ensure assets are game-ready.
  • Iterate based on feedback, maintain consistent quality, and report progress with the Lead 3D Artist.

Requirements

  • Experience producing game-ready 3D character assets for mobile platforms.
  • Strong skills in sculpting/modeling, UV unwrapping, baking, texturing, and asset optimization.
  • Proficiency with 3ds Max and the ability to work with game engines and production tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across the production pipeline and communicate progress clearly.
  • Mid-to-senior level experience delivering assets independently within production timelines.
