What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Admin Platform used for administration, moderation, and support workflows at scale.
• Shape frontend architecture, foundations, and development patterns that other teams can extend in a controlled way.
• Lead technical discussions and propose solutions to improve frontend architecture, developer experience, and platform scalability.
• Deliver significant frontend projects/features end-to-end, from discovery to production.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and internal operations to translate business needs into clear user experiences.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge and best practices with the team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on frontend-focused software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience building scalable frontend systems.
• Experience with Svelte and SvelteKit, or comparable server-side rendering frameworks (e.g., React with Next.js, Vue with Nuxt, Quasar).
• Proficiency with GraphQL and real-time frontend patterns (WebSockets, subscriptions, or Pub/Sub).
• Strong understanding of code architecture and design principles, plus excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with product and engineering stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js, Docker, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as AWS CodePipeline and GitHub Actions.
