What you will do

• Manage the procurement of aerospace engine components, precision parts, and raw materials.
• Prepare and administer RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to meet technical procurement requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and mitigate procurement risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, export controls, and aerospace quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of procurement or contracts experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Advanced MS Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced development and production environments.
