What you will do

• Prospect and develop new sponsorship and affiliate partnership opportunities for the hirify.global Creator Program.
• Manage communications and relationships between potential partners, agencies, and influencers.
• Create sales decks and execute influencer outreach and product seeding initiatives.
• Design and market new campaigns and creator sponsorship opportunities for the Creator Program.
• Coordinate affiliate marketing initiatives, including campaign briefs, tracking links, and performance reporting.
• Analyze media campaign metrics to optimize future strategies and report on channel performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or PR.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing with an understanding of affiliate marketing.
• Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and sales prospecting techniques.
• Deep gaming knowledge and passion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with global teams across multiple cultures.
