What you will do

• Maximize CTO effectiveness by driving the execution and follow-through of strategic customer engagements and executive initiatives.
• Act as a cross-functional facilitator for strategic accounts, aligning internal teams around customer priorities and risks.
• Drive resolution of critical customer issues and executive escalations to maintain high-level confidence.
• Build AI-powered workflows and reporting systems to increase organizational effectiveness and founder leverage.
• Translate customer feedback and engagement trends into strategic recommendations for the CTO and Product/Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Account Management, Consulting, or as a Chief of Staff.
• Must be based in the US (NY Metro area focus).
• Experience managing strategic enterprise customers within cybersecurity, SaaS, or infrastructure technology.
• Proven ability to operate at the intersection of executive strategy and hands-on execution.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams in Fortune 500 environments.
• Proficiency with modern AI tools and exceptional executive communication skills.
