What you will do

• Define the mathematical profile of slot games, including balance, volatility, and player experience.
• Create and maintain PAR sheets and mathematical documentation using Excel and simulations.
• Collaborate with Game Designers, prototyping, and engineering teams to ensure accurate math implementation.
• Playtest and iterate on game mechanics to optimize the player experience.
• Provide gameplay feedback and recommendations to fellow mathematicians.
• Analyze competitor games in iGaming and land-based markets to stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Expertise in Excel for probability modeling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with programming in C++, C#, or Python.
• Strong interest in casino games, specifically slots, in both iGaming and land-based markets.
• Excellent written communication skills for collaborating with global stakeholders.
