What you will do

• Define and deliver the overall game vision, including game mechanics, play style, and theme.
• Collaborate closely with mathematicians, artists, animators, and sound designers to bring games to life.
• Playtest and iterate on game math, mechanics, game flow, and visual presentation.
• Produce and maintain clear, detailed design documentation for every title.
• Provide and incorporate gameplay feedback through collaboration with other game designers.
• Analyze competitor games in both iGaming and land-based sectors to track industry trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing real-money slot games for iGaming or land-based markets.
• Degree in Mathematics, Game Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be located in the USA to support the US-based remote studio.
• Excellent written communication skills for coordinating complex concepts with global stakeholders.
• Proficiency with wireframing software such as Figma or Balsamiq.
