What you will do

• Define mathematical profiles for games, including balance, volatility, and overall player experience.
• Create and maintain PAR sheets and comprehensive math documentation using Excel and simulations.
• Collaborate with Game Designers, prototyping, and engineering teams to ensure accurate math implementation.
• Playtest and iterate on mechanics to optimize the player experience.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors' games to implement new and engaging mechanics.
• Mentor junior mathematicians and establish team-wide best practices and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing math models for real-money slot games in iGaming or land-based markets.
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong expertise in using Excel for probability modeling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with programming in C++, C#, or Python.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent written communication skills for collaborating with global stakeholders.
