What you will do

• Oversee a portfolio of several dozen concurrent initiatives including system integrations and API-based solutions.
• Establish and maintain structured project intake, tracking, and prioritization processes.
• Monitor project health by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure continuous progress.
• Coordinate across business units, engineering teams, and external partners to align on timelines and expectations.
• Prepare executive-level status reporting and summaries for multiple layers of management.
• Partner with platform and architecture teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to manage a high volume of parallel initiatives with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven communication skills for interacting with technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Proficiency in project and workflow management tooling such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Asana.

Nice to have

• Experience working within large, regulated financial services institutions.
• Familiarity with OCR and enterprise document processing (ingestion, classification, extraction).
• Exposure to governance, risk, compliance (GRC), or information security processes.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) for reporting, summarizing, and risk triage.
• Experience with API platforms and document management systems.
