What you will do

• Analyze product metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Design and interpret A/B tests to validate new features and projects.
• Assess the potential profit and impact of product initiatives.
• Collaborate with data teams to optimize data flows and build product data marts.
• Maintain analytics system documentation in the company knowledge base.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance product usability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data or product analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau or Redash.
• Solid mathematical background including statistics, optimization, and causal inference.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and designing data marts.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset balancing business impact with resource efficiency.
