What you will do

• Develop and lead the end-to-end strategy for LLM indexing and visibility across generative engines like ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) operations and monitor brand mentions across social media, blogs, and news outlets.
• Coordinate complex communication frameworks across high-priority global markets and ensure seamless localization.
• Integrate workflows with PR, content, SMM, and brand teams to optimize content for both humans and AI crawlers.
• Build in-house expertise and proprietary workflows for GEO and advanced digital PR to reduce agency dependency.
• Establish a global analytics framework to track sentiment trends and visibility rates in AI-generated answers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of expert experience in Digital Communications, PR, or ORM within a global HQ or international tech environment.
• Deep understanding of LLM indexing, AI search algorithms, and the emerging GEO landscape.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional digital projects and cross-market coordination.
• Hands-on experience with advanced social listening and visibility tracking platforms (e.g., Profound, otterly.ai).
• Strong written and spoken English skills for global collaboration.
• Exceptional stakeholder and crisis-management skills.
