TL;DR

IT Administrator: Ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure for the inVision department with an accent on workstation support, account management, and network administration. Focus on executing infrastructure migration projects, maintaining corporate services, and providing technical support for staff and educational systems.

Location: Onsite in Almaty, Kazakhstan

What you will do

  • Support company staff and students with workstations, accounts, and access management.
  • Execute infrastructure migration projects, including domain, mail, and server transitions.
  • Administer Google Workspace and corporate IT services.
  • Monitor servers, manage backups, and ensure baseline information security.
  • Provide technical support for digital marketing and educational platforms.
  • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for IT operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in system administration or IT support.
  • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and basic Linux administration.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and network management (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
  • Strong understanding of information security basics, including MFA and access management.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Jira.
  • Must be based in Almaty, Kazakhstan for this onsite role.

Nice to have

  • Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • Experience with MDM systems.
  • Understanding of cloud services (Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, AWS).
  • ITIL Foundation or relevant professional certifications.
