What you will do

• Own end-to-end Unity feature development from technical design through rollout and maintenance.
• Scale core features across multiple titles using reusable implementation patterns.
• Execute technical improvements within existing codebases to enhance stability and performance.
• Collaborate with team members to clarify requirements and manage delivery risks.
• Optimize Unity code quality, debugging tools, and maintainability across all projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Unity and C# development.
• Strong command of OOP, SOLID principles, composition, and dependency management.
• Proven track record of delivering shipped mobile titles in live production environments.
• Deep understanding of mobile memory management, profiling, and platform constraints.
• Ability to communicate technical risks and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD practices.
