What you will do

• Own the full tooling ecosystem, including SDKs, integrations, and developer-facing interfaces.
• Lead framework groups to evolve hirify.global-native frameworks for internal and external use.
• Establish structured feedback loops between application teams and platform engineering to drive improvements.
• Own and maintain developer documentation, best practice libraries, and the knowledge base.
• Build and manage communication channels such as developer portals and forums to cultivate an active community.

Requirements

• Background in Developer Relations, Platform Engineering, or Technical Enablement.
• Deep understanding of modern software development processes, toolchains, and developer workflows.
• Proven experience building and maintaining developer portals or documentation platforms.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical content for diverse audiences.
