What you will do

• Manage the full procurement cycle for goods, services, and construction works in strict compliance with IRC and donor policies.
• Prepare tender documents, conduct bid analysis, and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure value for money.
• Perform supplier due diligence, maintain supplier files, and track performance using scorecards.
• Oversee field office fleet allocation, ensure timely maintenance, and monitor fuel utilization.
• Mitigate compliance risks by identifying procurement red flags and implementing audit corrective action plans.
• Maintain procurement tracking systems and provide routine reporting on commitments and metrics.

Requirements

• BA Degree in Logistics, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Economics, or Business Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct work experience in supply chain operations for BA holders, or 1 year for MA holders.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Amharic.
• Proven experience in procurement planning, market analysis, and contracting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience working in NGO and humanitarian settings.
• Knowledge and experience with the Integra ERP system.
