What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end strategy to maximize LLM indexing and visibility across generative engines like ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Monitor online conversations and brand mentions across social media, blogs, and news outlets to maintain full visibility over digital discourse.
• Lead complex cross-market coordination across high-priority focus countries globally.
• Drive deep integration with PR, content, SMM, and brand teams at both HQ and regional levels.
• Establish a robust global analytics framework to track sentiment trends and visibility rates in AI-generated answers.
• Build internal expertise and proprietary workflows for GEO and advanced digital PR to reduce reliance on third-party agencies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of expert experience in Digital Communications, PR, or Online Reputation Management in a global tech environment.
• Deep understanding of LLM indexing, AI search algorithms, and the emerging GEO landscape.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional digital projects and cross-market coordination.
• Hands-on experience with advanced social listening, data analysis, and visibility tracking platforms.
• Exceptional crisis-management skills and ability to remain decisive under pressure.
• English: C1+ required for effective collaboration with global teams.
