FX Risk Manager

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Group's FX risk management policy and hedging strategies.
• Identify, quantify, and monitor FX exposures across global subsidiaries.
• Execute hedging operations using financial instruments like forwards, spots, and swaps.
• Optimize treasury processes including intercompany netting and local currency payment strategies.
• Manage bank relationships, payment processes, and daily cash flow planning.
• Prepare reports on hedging effectiveness, P&L impact, and market outlook for management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Treasury with a focus on FX risk management.
• Hands-on experience with FX hedging instruments such as forwards and spot.
• Solid analytical skills for exposure tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience in a multi-currency environment and working with banking partners.
• Must be based in or able to work from Limassol, Cyprus.
• English proficiency required for international collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with options and swaps.
• Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or ERP modules.
