What you will do

• Support and enhance the existing Management System for labs.
• Design and build integrations between desktop applications/services and the hirify.global cloud ecosystem.
• Design and implement services, algorithms, and workflows for dentistry.
• Maintain high code quality through reviews, refactoring, and code metrics.
• Ensure long-term maintainability by applying software development best practices.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders across teams in different countries.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a software developer with Delphi.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong OOP and design patterns experience (SOLID, DI, etc.).
• Strong ownership, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Team-minded approach with experience working in Agile.
• English: B2 or higher
