What you will do

• Translate country-specific regulatory analysis into clear requirements for product and engineering teams.
• Provide legal compliance support for monetization features, payment flows, and new business-model initiatives.
• Conduct compliance due diligence and legal-readiness assessments for new market and vertical launches.
• Draft and review platform-level rules governing user conduct, bans, and operational policies.
• Review and redline commercial agreements with a tech or product dimension.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Regional Operations teams.

Requirements

• Experience in product compliance, commercial legal, or IT platform legal work.
• Proven ability to advise on monetization models, incentives, or transaction-related products.
• Experience working in global or multi-jurisdictional environments.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and translate between regulatory, product, and commercial domains.
• Must be based in or able to work from Limassol, Cyprus.
• English proficiency required.
