What you will do
- Translate country-specific regulatory analysis into clear requirements for product and engineering teams.
- Provide legal compliance support for monetization features, payment flows, and new business-model initiatives.
- Conduct compliance due diligence and legal-readiness assessments for new market and vertical launches.
- Draft and review platform-level rules governing user conduct, bans, and operational policies.
- Review and redline commercial agreements with a tech or product dimension.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Regional Operations teams.
Requirements
- Experience in product compliance, commercial legal, or IT platform legal work.
- Proven ability to advise on monetization models, incentives, or transaction-related products.
- Experience working in global or multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and translate between regulatory, product, and commercial domains.
- Must be based in or able to work from Limassol, Cyprus.
- English proficiency required.

- Familiarity with Apple and Google app-store marketplace policies.
- Exposure to new-market entry and legal readiness processes.
- Experience supporting trust & safety or content/conduct policy frameworks.
