TL;DR

Senior Growth Business Communication Manager: Owning the end-to-end communications strategy for the Growth Business unit with an accent on product narratives, multi-vertical storytelling, and global media positioning. Focus on driving public launches, building thought leadership for vertical leaders, and aligning regional PR execution across international markets.

Location: Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Own the full communications strategy for all Growth Businesses verticals, including product narratives and campaign focus.
  • Lead public launches for product updates and new features across global markets.
  • Build and maintain a multi-vertical narrative that positions the superapp story in global and local media.
  • Develop thought leadership profiles for vertical leaders through media placements and speaking opportunities.
  • Supervise regional PR execution across 10–15 focus markets to ensure alignment with global goals.
  • Act as a strategic communications advisor to business and product teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in communications, PR, or product communications.
  • Proven ability to design and own complex, multi-stakeholder communications programs.
  • Strong expertise in media relations, product PR, and strategic messaging.
  • Experience working closely with product and business teams to translate technical stories into compelling narratives.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or Marketing.
