What you will do

• Generate high-quality AI image and video content for social media and broader marketing efforts.
• Leverage generative AI tools to establish new creative formats, visual styles, and rapid-prototyping workflows.
• Document tool experiments and share insights to operationalize AI capabilities within the team.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to ensure assets align with institutional-grade brand standards.
• Stay current with AI model releases to identify tools that provide a competitive advantage in content velocity.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience with AI generation tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Sora, and Veo.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual output and a sharp sense of brand consistency.
• Ability to independently experiment with new tools and build repeatable production workflows.
• Capability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to iterate rapidly based on feedback.
• Must be based in the United States.
