What you will do
- Build and evolve high-performance APIs and microservices in Go designed for reliability and scale.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features and integrations from discovery and design to production monitoring.
- Develop and extend integration frameworks for payment processing, fraud detection, and authentication flows (e.g., 3DS).
- Integrate AI-assisted tools like Copilot or Claude into daily coding, testing, and documentation workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Business teams to translate payment problems into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Professional experience building high-throughput, production-grade systems in Golang.
- Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, and API integration patterns.
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of secure software development practices and OWASP principles.
- English: Full professional proficiency (C1) required.
- Location: Fully remote (Work from anywhere).
Nice to have
- Experience in the payments industry or integrating with Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
