Senior Media Buyer (iGaming – Online Casino – MUST)
Salary is up to 10000 USD gross (can be discussed)
REMOTE, full-time, b2b contract, location of the candidate and legal entity, bank account of the candidate – outside of Russia, Belarus and Turkey
We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer in the online casino (iGaming) industry, with a proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets and acquiring high-quality players in competitive markets under Curaçao / Anjouan licenses.
This role involves smart, multi-channel media buying using advanced performance solutions while navigating advertising restrictions and regulatory challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Manage FTD-focused user acquisition campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, Native platforms, and DSPs.
Manage high advertising budgets:
$100K–$500K per month, depending on GEOs and FTD targets.
Allocate budgets efficiently across channels, audiences, and scaling opportunities.
Execute fast and controlled scale-up for high-performing campaigns.
Advanced Non-Mainstream Media buying, including:
Push / Pop / Native networks
Direct Publishers, Media Brokers, Affiliate Channels
Email / SMS / In-App Arbitrage
Operate in full compliance with Curaçao / Anjouan regulatory requirements.
Lead technical solutions including Cloaking, Domain Rotation, Redirect Rules, Warm-Up processes.
Build complete acquisition funnels: Pre-landers, Quiz funnels, Smart routing flows.
Optimize performance based on KPIs: Cost per FTD, CVR, ROAS, LTV.
Utilize tracking and analytics tools such as Voluum, Keitaro, Binom, and postback systems.
Conduct continuous A/B testing for creatives, messaging, landing pages, and offers.
Collaborate closely with Creative, CRM, Product, and Affiliate teams.
Requirements (Mandatory)
2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer in the iGaming / Online Casino vertical. – MUST!
Professional experience working under Curaçao / Anjouan licenses — mandatory.
Proven ability to manage $100K–$500K monthly advertising budgets.
Strong proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, UAC / PMax.
Deep hands-on experience with Cloaking, Anti-Ban strategies, and domain setup/rotation.
Expertise with tracking tools: Voluum, Keitaro, Binom.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
B2 English
Strong Advantages
Experience acquiring players in Tier-1, LATAM, and EU markets.
Knowledge of Affiliate Networks and Direct Media Buying.
Background in Adult, Streaming, Push traffic, or In-App Arbitrage.
Understanding of CRO, Retention, and Player Value Optimization.
Experience using AI tools for creative production, funnel building, and optimization.
