DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer (Azure/Kubernetes): Managing and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure for custom Java and third-party applications with an accent on automation, platform stability, and reliability. Focus on designing scalable infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring system performance through robust monitoring and SLO management.
Location: Onsite in Guadalupe, Mexico

What you will do
- Design and develop cloud-based infrastructure on Azure.
- Automate key components, application deployments, and routine operational tasks.
- Ensure platform availability, stability, and compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor and operate custom Java application stacks and third-party solutions.
- Improve service reliability by facilitating postmortems and managing issue backlogs.
- Evolve monitoring dashboards and alerts based on defined SLOs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role.
- Proficiency with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Strong background in monitoring solutions like Datadog or Azure Monitor.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with MongoDB Atlas, ArgoCD, or Rancher.
- Familiarity with PowerBI, JIRA, and Confluence.
