What you will do

• Deploy hirify.global across strategic engineering organizations, configuring environments and designing high-impact workflows.
• Run hands-on enablement sessions to help developers integrate AI tools into real production workflows.
• Partner with engineering leaders to develop rollout strategies and operationalize AI-assisted development at scale.
• Lead architecture reviews and technical working sessions, acting as a trusted advisor on developer productivity and governance.
• Translate product adoption into measurable engineering impact, such as faster iteration cycles and improved quality.
• Provide structured feedback from strategic customers to Product and Engineering teams to shape future capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or developer tooling.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Deep understanding of SDLC tooling, CI/CD systems, integrations, and enterprise engineering environments.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic interaction with technical leadership.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to both developers and executives.
• Must be based in Japan or possess valid work authorization for the country.
