What you will do

• Act as a dedicated consultative resource for sales leadership and customers to recommend Microsoft solutions.
• Manage the contract lifecycle for Enterprise Agreements, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
• Produce cost analyses and product quotes for Azure, M365, and other Microsoft services in partnership with Sales.
• Deliver industry-based insights and professional presentations to address customer pain points.
• Collaborate with vendors and maintain the Salesforce pipeline.
• Train Account Managers on utilizing hirify.global tools and Microsoft product resources.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Merrimack, NH
• Consultative experience with Microsoft Online Services including M365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Microsoft's lifecycle and renewals process for Enterprise Agreements, CSP, MPSA, and Cloud Subscription Agreements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong negotiation and business analysis skills to convert customer needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional business communications.
