What you will do

• Define and drive technical vision for AI initiatives using generative AI and agentic frameworks.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems using LangGraph or CrewAI to enable autonomous problem-solving.
• Shape AI strategies and translate complex technical concepts for executive and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deploy production-ready AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Establish end-to-end AI development processes including LLMOps and continuous monitoring.
• Mentor and guide Data Scientists and ML Engineers in best practices for engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Advanced Python proficiency with hands-on experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and NLP, including LLMs and fine-tuning methodologies.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent system design.
• Proven track record of deploying AI/ML solutions at production scale.
• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.
