What you will do

• Conduct product demonstrations and flight training sessions for fixed-wing UAVs globally.
• Create and maintain instructional materials, manuals, and presentations in German and English.
• Guide trainees through pre-flight checks, flight planning, and post-processing procedures.
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance proficiency.
• Collaborate with the Governmental Sales team to engage future customers and decision-makers.

Requirements

• Military, police, or intelligence background, ideally with operational experience abroad.
• Ability to plan and conduct training sessions in German or English.
• Experience working with fixed-wing UAS, preferably eVTOL systems.
• Experience training military forces or law enforcement agencies in an international context.
• Willingness to travel worldwide, including to challenging climatic or political environments.
• Confidence in presenting to high-level security-focused audiences.

• Proficiency in a third language.
