Focus on preparing regulatory reviews, coordinating distributions and client management, and collaborating with attorneys, advisors, and wealth-management professionals.

Location: Wilmington, DE, United States; position based in the Wilmington, Delaware office.

What you will do

  • Administer a book of fiduciary accounts while maintaining high service and fiduciary standards.
  • Interpret trust and related documents, consulting senior staff and internal or external counsel as needed.
  • Prepare regulatory reviews and discretionary distribution requests.
  • Coordinate tax preparation with the tax compliance service provider.
  • Coordinate investment activities with Trust Company investment officers and Private Wealth Advisors.
  • Manage client coordination, attend meetings and calls, support marketing efforts, and interact with clients’ attorneys and advisors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a law degree is a strong advantage.
  • 0–5+ years of experience administering trusts and/or estates.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think clearly under pressure, and operate autonomously while collaborating effectively.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to excellence.
  • Knowledge of Regulation 9, estate planning, and fiduciary investment processes is helpful.

Nice to have

  • CTFA designation.
  • Law degree.
  • Experience with Regulation 9 requirements and estate-planning concepts.
