What you will do

• Design and develop internal tools and AI/LLM-based agents for cross-team use.
• Build dashboards, visualization tools, and workflow automations to accelerate operations.
• Streamline operational processes through custom connectors and system integrations.
• Design and maintain lightweight backend services including APIs, data storage, and metrics.
• Contribute to cloud deployment and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Establish standards for code quality, testing, and observability.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong software engineering experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience developing internal tools, workflow automations, or AI/LLM utilities.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and internal software delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
