Head of Financial Controlling

Head of Financial Controlling (IFRS/SAP S/4HANA): Lead IFRS reporting and consolidated financial statements for the Group with an accent on compliance with IFRS requirements, audit coordination, and financial risk mitigation through group accounting policies. Focus on building and managing the financial controlling function, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, while supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation.

What you will do

• Prepare consolidated Group, management, and IFRS financial statements.
• Coordinate the Group audit and audits of individual companies (as required by local laws).
• Provide methodological support to Group accountants on IFRS treatment of transactions.
• Develop and implement Group accounting policies and procedures to identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Participate in the SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
• Manage the team and strengthen the financial reporting function.

Requirements

• Higher education in Finance or Economics.
• Practical knowledge of IFRS/IAS/GAAP.
• 3+ years of experience in Big 4 (preferably in the current position as senior or manager).
• Experience preparing and/or auditing consolidated financial statements of large industrial companies under IFRS/IAS/GAAP.
• Advanced English is required.
• ACCA/CPA/CIPA qualification or relevant certificate is an advantage.
