Location: Must be based in or near Mexico City, with 60% travel required to field locations.

Salary: MXN 843,000 – MXN 1,475,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Conduct regular restaurant evaluations to assess performance against brand standards and provide actionable coaching.
  • Lead strategic planning with franchise partners to drive market growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales reports, audit data, and financial metrics to build and execute profitability roadmaps.
  • Partner with franchise leadership to implement core operating systems and food safety protocols.
  • Direct training initiatives for shift managers and general managers to ensure organizational development.
  • Collaborate with regional development teams to support restaurant re-imaging and capital investment plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, specifically with multi-unit P&L responsibility.
  • Proven track record in a franchise-related role.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
  • Strong strategic thinking, influencing, and consulting capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain preferred.
