What you will do
- Monitor real-time betting activity to identify sharp players, syndicates, and suspicious patterns.
- Analyze customer behavior to detect arbitrage, value betting, and bonus abuse.
- Set and maintain customer risk profiles and adjust stake limits to control exposure.
- Manage risk across events, markets, and customer segments during live operations.
- Collaborate with Trading, Payment Fraud, and CS teams to enforce risk management strategies.
- Support junior analysts and provide feedback to improve the sportsbook platform.
Requirements
- Language proficiency in Latvian and English required.
- Must be able to work on-site in Riga, Latvia.
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Passion for sports and understanding of betting dynamics.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of pre-match and/or live trading.
