What you will do

• Conduct independent security engagements on web applications and underlying APIs.
• Provide technical and QA oversight for penetration testing reports.
• Mentor and coach team members to support professional growth.
• Collaborate on the development of innovative penetration testing techniques and tools.
• Manage testing strategies and delivery for key client accounts.
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth engagement operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in penetration testing.
• Extensive knowledge of OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, and security frameworks.
• Proficiency with offensive tools like Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Metasploit, and Nessus.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and MacOS internals.
• Ability to travel up to 5-10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Offensive cybersecurity certifications such as GXPN, GPEN, OSCP, or GWAPT.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages like Python, Ruby, Java, or C#.
