What you will do

• Lead the development and maintenance of robust, scalable Java-based exchange systems.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from requirements to production deployment.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and product alignment.
• Ensure all operations comply with local regulatory standards and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across development, staging, and production environments.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Philippines, Malaysia, or Indonesia.
• English: Proficient spoken English required.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud for microservices.
• Proven leadership experience in scaling tech teams within fast-paced startup environments.
• Deep knowledge of databases (MySQL, Redis) and middleware (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Understanding of security challenges and risk management in the crypto industry.
