What you will do

• Manage user identities, groups, SSO configurations, and MFA policies using Okta and Entra ID.
• Handle support tickets related to user access requests and application provisioning.
• Deploy and maintain IAM infrastructure using Terraform.
• Automate repetitive IAM tasks and workflows using scripting tools.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with access control standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand for the duration of this 10-month contract.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle and access control.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Active Directory.
• Basic scripting skills in Python or Go.
• Good English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID or Okta.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory group policies and user provisioning.
• Exposure to Terraform for cloud or IAM infrastructure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and RBAC/ABAC concepts.
