What you will do
- Analyze internal requests for AI and automation to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and repetitive tasks.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to map current and future state workflows.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and problem statements for AI/Automation engineers.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, defining scope, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
- Measure the impact of delivered solutions on productivity, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Drive internal adoption of new AI tools and automated workflows through change management.
Requirements
- Experience as a project manager on cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of process optimization, workflow design, and automation concepts.
- Excellent English communication skills for interacting with international stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, MS Teams, and Zoom.
- Agile mindset with a focus on iterative delivery and continuous feedback.
- Must be based in Nha Trang, Vietnam for hybrid work.
