Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (3 days in office)

What you will do
- Manage the global training calendar and coordinate logistics for training sessions.
- Administer the learning experience platform (Sana Labs), including user management and reporting.
- Create e-learning modules and learning paths, focusing on core libraries.
- Draft internal communications and create marketing materials to promote L&D initiatives.
- Collect and analyze post-training feedback to identify trends and track key metrics.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or Business Administration.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Strong interest in adult education and corporate learning and development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with LMS is a plus.
- Must be based in or be able to work from Barcelona, Spain.
