What you will do
- Lead, coach, and mentor two QA teams, providing continuous feedback and support.
- Drive hiring and onboarding processes for the QA organization.
- Facilitate alignment on testing approaches and coordinate QA activities across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and contribute to the overall Test strategy.
- Ensure consistency in QA processes, practices, and standards across the project.
- Strengthen connections between QA, development, product, and release teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software QA as a Lead, Test Manager, or Quality Manager.
- Proven experience in people management.
- Expertise in defining end-to-end QA strategies across the SDLC, including Shift-Left practices.
- Solid knowledge of test pyramid principles and non-functional testing (performance, resilience, compatibility).
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Must be based in Kyiv for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Experience with document management systems like Jama or SharePoint.
- Knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Delivery, and release governance processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
