What you will do

• Manage full end-to-end operations, including team management, inventory, pick-pack processes, and property assets.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure correct stock-in/out processes and control shrinkage and expiry.
• Optimize the pick-pack process to achieve desired service levels and manage staffing schedules based on demand.
• Identify opportunities to reduce operational expenses while maintaining efficiency.
• Define guidelines for engineering and maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance plans.
• Monitor financial and operational performance of stores and implement corrective actions for improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management of multiple product categories within large retailers in an international setting.
• Proven experience building teams and leading cross-functional projects at scale.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a hands-on approach to tools.
• Ability to interact with senior executives and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
• Robust interpersonal and intercultural skills to inspire diverse teams.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Muscat, Oman.
