What you will do

• Conduct technical assessments and produce accurate drawings, measurements, and Bill of Quantities (BoQs).
• Supervise the implementation of emergency response activities, including housing, school rehabilitation, and WASH system upgrades.
• Manage field teams and coordinate with contractors to ensure quality and timely implementation.
• Engage with communities and local leaders to ensure they are informed and involved throughout project implementation.
• Oversee distribution sites and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and security rules.
• Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports, highlighting trends, needs, and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working on projects in a humanitarian or recovery context.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Must be based in or able to work in South Lebanon (Tyre).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the context of Refugees' informal settlements or urban settlements.
