What you will do

• Own and maintain the job architecture framework, including job families, levels, and titles.
• Lead validation of new and updated job profiles to prevent duplication and misclassification.
• Ensure job architecture data is accurately reflected across HR systems and reporting sources.
• Coordinate system-related changes and validate configurations after updates.
• Maintain standards, templates, and documentation for job architecture audits.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in HR Operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of job architecture concepts (job families, levels, role scope).
• Ability to analyze and compare roles across different functions.
• Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) level required for professional documentation and communication.
