Fullstack Developer, Fund Solutions (Fintech)

Location: Makati City, Ayala Avenue, Philippines. The role is based in the Philippines and requires occasional overlap with European working hours.

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and support full-stack applications, APIs, and product features.
• Build backend services with C# and .NET/.NET Core and user-facing functionality with React or Angular.
• Contribute to application modernization and the evolution of legacy and modern platforms.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, deployment, release support, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, infrastructure, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Support code reviews, documentation, quality assurance, backlog refinement, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of software development experience, preferably in enterprise or product-focused environments.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, backend services, APIs, JavaScript or TypeScript, and React and/or Angular.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing, debugging, and optimizing queries and stored procedures.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, exception handling, layered architectures, REST APIs, and application integration patterns.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, issue tracking, production troubleshooting, and log analysis.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to work from the Philippines with overlap with European teams when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, AWS, Docker, Terraform, automated testing frameworks, application monitoring, or DevOps practices.
• Exposure to Agile delivery models such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience in financial services, regulated environments, or enterprise application support.
