Pharmacy Contract Consultant (Pharmacy Contract Management): Managing pharmacy and vendor contracts across development, negotiation, renewal, termination, execution, and storage with an accent on legal collaboration, risk mitigation, and pharmacy contracting strategy. Focus on resolving post-execution contract matters, supporting pharmacy-related RFPs, and coordinating complex contract initiatives with internal stakeholders and vendor counsel.

What you will do
- Manage pharmacy contracts through development, negotiation, renewal, termination, execution, and electronic or hard-copy storage.
- Collaborate with internal, external, and vendor legal counsel through contract execution.
- Manage the pharmacy and vendor contract portfolio to maximize value and mitigate organizational risk.
- Partner with Pharmacy Services leadership on contracting initiatives supporting strategic business needs.
- Investigate and resolve contract matters after execution and provide guidance to analysts and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management, or five years of relevant experience and/or education in lieu of the degree.
- 5–7 years of contract development experience.
- 5–7 years of contract management experience.
- 7–10 years of healthcare industry, managed care, or pharmacy benefit management experience.
- Strong written, oral presentation, and communication skills.
- Must work from home in Pennsylvania.
