What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of pharmacy and vendor contracts, including development, negotiation, renewal, and termination.
• Collaborate with internal, external, and vendor legal counsel to execute complex agreements.
• Interface with organizational stakeholders to maximize contract value and mitigate risk.
• Partner with Pharmacy Services leadership on strategic contracting initiatives to meet business needs.
• Investigate and resolve pharmacy contract issues and disputes following execution.
• Provide subject matter expertise to analysts and stakeholders during collaborative initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or 5 years of relevant experience.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in contract development and management.
• Strong written and oral presentation and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Doctorate in Law.
• 7-10 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, Managed Care, or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).
