What you will do

• Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and finished units based on work instructions and drawings.
• Perform manual assembly tasks including soldering, wiring, crimping, bonding, mounting, and mechanical fastening.
• Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with manufacturing specifications.
• Utilize basic hand tools, production equipment, and measuring tools safely.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure traceability requirements are met.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of assembly experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in Poway, CA.
• Experience with LRU Assembly is preferred.
• Ability to work either 1st Shift (4:00 AM – 1:30 PM) or 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 12:30 AM).
