Salary: $54,000 – $56,700 per year ($25.96 – $27.26 per hour)

What you will do
- Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and finished units based on work instructions and drawings.
- Perform manual assembly tasks including soldering, wiring, crimping, bonding, mounting, and mechanical fastening.
- Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with manufacturing specifications.
- Utilize basic hand tools, production equipment, and measuring tools safely.
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure traceability requirements are met.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of assembly experience.
- Must be able to work onsite in Poway, CA.
- Experience with LRU Assembly is preferred.
- Ability to work either 1st Shift (4:00 AM – 1:30 PM) or 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 12:30 AM).
